The staff seemed confused about the policy as not every one carries ID when going to the pool. They then give you a card key that only works for that door and that pool. When asked about this we were told this was a new policy that just started today. When we got to the door of the pool it was locked when we asked at the desk not only did we have to show our key but we had to present ID allow them to copy info from it and allow them to keep it while you swim. When you come in the door you walk by the front desk and they just stare at you and never even greet you. We decided to go to the pool at the inn since we really did not want to walk all the way through the smoke filled casino. When you stay you have access to all 3 or so we were told. One at the Grand casino inn and 1 at the Casino. One at the RV/chalet office which is an outdoor pool and was being serviced until that afternoon. The 1st morning we decided to go to the pool of which there are 3. Later we found our dishes sitting out on the porch not sure what time they arrived. When we got up we could not make a cup of coffee because our dishes had not gotten there yet. There is no internet connection at all We stayed 2 nts our children 12 and 16 slept on the fold out sofa which was so bad that the 2nd night they took the mattress off and put it on the floor. ok were do I begin the carpet is dated and at the least needs a good cleaning. Each corner has a triangle counter 1 has an alarm clock. In the corner there is a small set of drawers and a place for hanging clothes. There is an even smaller TV mounted from the ceiling. The next room is the bedroom which has a very hard flat queen size bed. A sink and toilet & there is really no place to hang your towels which are very small,thin and rough. The bathroom has a very small shower and no tub. Inside the chalet there is a living room which is carpeted has a small TV maybe 19' a fold out sofa and a lamp and table there is a small kitchen with a small fridge a stove microwave and sink there is an island which doubles as a table and storage. There is no screen door and the bugs are plentiful so you will not be able to open your door for ventilation. We arrived at our Chalet which is really like a mobile home. We got there late in the evening and check in was no problem but you will not be able to get any dishes or any extra services because there is only a skeleton staff. Wow we stayed in the Chalets as we did a couple of years ago boy is it ever time for these chalets to be updated! First thing first Do NOT Stay in the Chalets if you plan to arrive late and only stay 1 night.
